This week brought a flurry of showing activity not only on our listings but on all listings in Portland and surrounding areas.  We got 4 deals together and are working on 4 others so things are moving forward.

All the good news of the market improving is causing interest rates to go up a bit.  However even then they are historically low and it may never be as good for Buyers and Sellers to make the move!
